"in the MURMUR" an exhibition by Caroline Mackintosh
"in the MURMUR" an exhibition by Caroline Mackintosh
"in the MURMUR" is a pop-up solo exhibition by Caroline Mackintosh running until the end of October at The Woodstock Exchange, 66 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town.
The show is a series of bodies immersed in water; some of us will recognise the unique waters of the Western Cape but everyone can relate to being enveloped and carried by river currents. Her photographs capture figures as the float in their pristine world; it's a beautiful show.
There is also an incredible video that accompanies the exhibition (available to view on the show's website). Prints are available of all the works & there is also a limited edition book.
